BBQ Chicken


    • 2 tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1/3 cup light soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp chopped sage leaves

1/2 cup of white wine

4 chicken breast fillets

Serves: 4


Combine oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sage and white wine in a large bowl. Slice each chicken breast open to give 2 thin fillets. Add chicken to marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.

Remove chicken from marinade and drain. Barbecue chicken for 3 minutes each side, brushing occasionally with marinade until cooked.
